  • Customers post inquiries via various modes like emails, tenders, and external portals.
  • Sales team scouts for these inquiries and applies for the Request for Quote (RFQ).
  • Sales team forwards the details to the estimation team for cost estimation.
  • Estimation team refers to old jobs to identify similar products and estimate costing.
  • Sales team works on the estimated cost to add margins and profits based on the customer relationship before submitting it to the customer.
  • Upon award of the Purchase Order (PO), manual entry is required in the internal ERP "PACT" to create the sales order.
Objective:

To automate the process of fetching inquiries, estimating costs, generating quotes, and creating sales orders to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed of response to customer inquiries.
